You will pass the Beaver Cemetery on your left, at which point, State Street becomes Third Street. At 1 and 1/2 miles, the courthouse will be approaching on your left, and Park is on the right. NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 65/Ohio River Blvd.: Take the PA-51/PA-68 ramp, stay straight to go onto ramp. Merge onto PA-51 N. After passing the exits for Rochester/Monaca, watch for the Beaver/Hwy 68 Exit. It comes quickly around a corner,and is a sharp turn. Proceed across the river, and onto PA-68, which becomes PA-68 Third Street. After 0.7 miles, turn left onto Commerce St., just past the park blocks. FROM ROCHESTER: Start out going Southeast on PA-18/Brighton Ave. towards Rhode Island Ave. Turn slight right onto PA-18/Rhode Island Ave. Turn Right onto Adams St./PA-68. Adams St./PA-68 becomes PA-68 West Take the PA-68 West ramp towards Beaver. Stay straight to go onto PA-68.
